Transparency to the client
Each client working with Premier Roofing and Exteriors will receive a thorough roof or exterior inspection, be provided solutions for repairs or full replacements, and discuss all options to meet their needs and budget.
“Total client communication” means keeping our clients informed on all aspects of their project.
This starts before the project begins from office staff:
- Communicating start dates
- Foreman and crew size
- Porta toilet delivery
- Material deliveries
- Weather concerns that may affect the project
Updates on progress and expected completion date are communicated daily to our clients so they can properly prepare and track the work.

Meticulous Clean Up and Final Quality Inspections
Site clean-up and safety inspections are taken daily to ensure a clean and safe working environment for the crew and the client.
On the final day of work, the crew will spend dedicated time to wrap up the project, clean grounds with magnet rollers, touch up siding and calling, and thoroughly clean the grounds.
Upon completion and clean-up, Premier Roofing and Exteriors owner will perform a final quality inspection with the client to make sure they are happy with the results.

Our History: Owner and Team
Owner Ryan P. Wahlbrink has been working in the roofing and exteriors industry from Seattle to Eastern Washington since 2003.
He began as a roofing estimator and quickly moved to project management. As an Exteriors Division Manager for a large successful General Contractor, Ryan learned how to run a company from manpower requirements, safety, project scheduling, mitigating risk, finances and expenses, and growth projections.
As a result and market demands and the experience, Premier Roofing and Exteriors was created to build the ultimate roofing and exterior company that can deliver on all levels of the project.
Our teams consist of manufacturer-trained foremen and installers that have obtained the highest level of industry experience to ensure quality and safety throughout the entire project.
